| Day 01: Arrive in Lhasa (3,600 meters above sea level) |
| Welcome to Tibet! Your local guide will meet you upon your arrival in Gonggar airport and will escort you to Lhasa. On the 2-hour drive way, you’ll enjoy the heart-stopping views along the Yarlong Tsangpo River. After arrival at your hotel, the rest of the day is free for you to explore the local area and acclimatize yourself to this high altitude city at the top of the world. |
| Day 02: Lhasa (B) |
 Today we will drive to the magnificent Potala Palace in the morning. In the afternoon, pay a visit to the Jokhang Temple, the surrounding Bhakhor Street and Lhasa Nunnery. |
| Day 03: Lhasa (B) |
 Today’s excursion covers the summer resort of Lama – Norbulingka and Tibet Museum. In the afternoon, we will visit the notable Sera Monastery for experiencing lamas’ debate on Buddhist scriptures. |
| Day 04: Lhasa- Namtso Lake- Lhasa (B) |
 Go on to explore Lhasa by visiting the charming Namtso Lake which will mesmerize you with its beauty and tranquility. You will also enjoy the spectacular scenery of the geothermal power station in Yambajan on the way to Namtso Lake. Drive back to Lhasa afterwards |
| Day 05: Lhasa (B) |
 We will Pick you up and head for Drepung Monastery in the morning. Afternoon, commence to visit the Ganden Monastery. The monasteries we visit today are considered as two of the “Three Great Monasteries” (the other one is Sera Monastery). |
