| Day 1: Arrive in Lhasa |
Lhasa Train station/airport picking up, You are warmly welcome to Tibet by saying Tashi Delek at the Train station/airport by your tour guide and an experienced driver and send you back to your well reserved hotel. Then have a good rest to acclimatize the high altitude in the afternoon.

| Day 2: Lhasa Sightseeing: Potala Palace /Jokhang Temple/Barkhor street |

Morning section to visit the famous Potala palace and explore the grandest of this myriad chapels, its audience halls, the jeweled and Golden burial chortens (stupa Tombs) of past Dalai Lamas, and tremendous number of Buddhist frescoes, thangkas, combinations of mandala, figures of the Buddha. Made of precious metal. Afternoon section visiting to the holist temple in Tibet, the Johkang Temple, built during songtsen gonpo’s reign by princess wencheng of tang dynasty, 647 A.D. The inner circuit is also situated inside the temple and is lined with prayer-wheel and murals outlined in gold on red background, which depict the thousand buddhas, interspersed with stupas and relief-images. Johkang is circuit. The circular pilgrim route around Jokhang temple is called Barkhor and later flourished, forming the embryo of the city. The barkhor market itself is the most active in all Tibet, and it is possible to purchase traditional Tibetan artifacts, religious implements, antiques, books, Tibetan music instrument, Thangkas, and tradition tibetan clothes etc.

| Day 3: Visit Tibetan Handicraft workrooms in Lhasa |

Today, you will visit some Tibetan traditional handicraft workrooms in Lhasa to learn the process of how to make Tibetan joss stick, Tibetan porcelain, Tangka, Tibetan Carpet, etc. in the afternoon, the tour guide will take you to Sera Monastery to watch the Lama debating, The debating traditions in the Sera Monastery are unique among the three famous monasteries in Lhasa. Debates are conducted by the lamas in the monastery every day beginning at 3.a.m. In a battle of words, they supplement their efforts by using a variety of gestures including clapping their hands, pushing their partners for an answer, or plucking their prayer beads to win the virtue of the Buddha. For a clear view of this unique event, an early arrival is recommended.

| Day 4: Experience Tibetan countryside life (Ganden Monastery and Trubshi Village) |

Today, you will visit Ganden Monastery and the Tibetan Village Trubshi (About 3400m) nearby to experience the Tibetan countryside life. It takes 1.5 hour driving from Lhasa to Ganden Monastery, which is first and primary monastery of Gelug sect in Tibet, it is so large to cover a mountain side and host hundreds of Monks. It is very interesting to go for Lingkor (circuit) around the monastery and you can also see the crack of rock which was magically done by Great Tsongkapa. Ask your tour guide for more information about this. Then walk about 15 minutes to go into Tibet Village and Tibetan Family, you can join in the family to do some housework like cooking Tibetan Food, turning the yak dung into a good fuel, making yak butter tea. Different season, different activities. Once you confirm the tour, the Tibetan Family visit will be arranged in advance. Possibly, if the policy allows, you can spend a night in Tibetan Family; otherwise, you have to camp by the village. A dinner, a breakfast and a lunch is included and you will have them at Tibetan Family while you are in Trubshi.

| Day 5: Half day trek near Trubshi Village |

Relax in the morning to enjoy the Tibetan Village life, you may do some Trekking along the Village or ride horse (or Yak) if the horses available (Horse riding is not free, please discuss the price with local people),after lunch at Tibetan Family in Trubshi, let us see bye-bye to hospitable Tibetan Family and return Ganden Monastery to take private car back to Lhasa. At about 3:00pm, you will be in Lhasa, the rest of the day is for leisure, you can walking around and do some shopping by yourself.

| Day 6: Leave Lhasa to you next destination |
| Your Tibetan tour guide will take you to the airport for your flight to next destination. On the other hand, if you prefer to stay longer, you can extend your trip to other parts of Tibet, like Shigatse, Everest Base Camp, Tsedang etc. – if you need, please ask us. |
