The first palace of Tibet named Yumbulagang is situated along Yarlung River Valley which adjacent to Tsetang Town. The palace was constructed by Nyentri Tsenpo, the first King of Tibet. Tibet has a recorded history of nearly 1300 years. Anyway, the important events which used to be happened before had been passed down generations by generations in the form of legendary. Afterwards, these legends were transformed into words by later generations.
The first kingdom in Tibetan history namely Tupo Regime was established by King Songtsen Gampo, the 32nd Tibetan king in the 7th century A.D. via conquest and alliances. This kingdom had the largest territory throughout the development history of Tibetan history.
Anyway, Tupo Regime only lasted for approximately 200 years. The fall of Tupo Regime was due to the uprisings of slave and common people which spread rapidly through various parts of the kingdom.
