1. Before you go to Tibet: if you have serious heart problems, or caught a cold, you should take Tibet tours. Prepare some medicine like aspirin and high altitude treatment.
2. Arriving Tibet: Take rest and don’t do anything strenuous on the day you arrive.
3. When traveling in Tibet: drink as many water as you can, don’t smoke and drink alcohol.
4. When you feel uncomfortable, tell your guide or your travel members as soon as possible.
